I didn't see any mention of a managed sale? They have used the no no word "patience". And Indicated they are committed to Dorado development. Maybe it's just a negotiating tactic with a suitor though and ensuring the deal premium doesn't get too baked into the share price.

Looks like they spent 600k+ on carbon credits....so glad AC is gone.

Targeting material reduction in forward admin costs isn't a reduction its intent.

Honestly it looks like this report was written by an AC loyal minion who isn't on board with the new non executive Directors actual plan to sell the assets and return funds to shareholders.

I think CVN will trade lower off this report.
