A CR to come was a major reason for the stock consolidation , otherwise they would of been raising at 0.001 or 0.002 and be in the several billions in SOI. This company has been a horrific for investors. When you see this company you run and keep running , not sure how this is even listed, talk about a gravy train for this THR team. Do your own research look at the achievements and stock chart over the years , next year they could be a graphite explorer as seem to keep changing its focus to take the attention away from the lack of value they have not provided to investors over the years.
