They certainly can afford to smoke a few of them cigars and pina coladas - holders pay for both - so far holders get back smoke and empty glasses.

As long as holders get to see some of that optimistic court case figure of $45mill - seems very, very optimistic - do feel it's far too much so - wonder how the award judges will see it? That's one as yet unknown hurdle, the other is to get any awarded figure (from wherever) in the coffers prior to this current Q ending.

Many expectations have fallen short - but as for another cr?? Still hold the view that piecemeal cr's have caused huge issues - running out of cash again. More please sir? Of course the 'value' team won't see value in such comments - sadly many holders haven't seen such value materialize as yet. Still hoping for AAU to fire up and leave smoke behind this current year. Hope only or reality - the jury is still out there on that front too. Cautious optimism running thin. AIMO
