The longer this goes on Raider the less confidence Brian has been able to retain that he can finally close the damn thing out.. ?

That's unfortunately they way these long drawn out cases go, you lose confidence and start to question your own belief.

Nothing has changed materially other than the expectation of time to resolution.

For if someone told you at the beginning it would take x amount of dollars & 10 years of your life upfront in order to achieve roluion you'd have serious thoughts about ever litigating ?

All they ever say is "You have a strong claim".. But strong doesn't mean quick as due process takes due course inevitably.

The lawyers are confident, the submissions finalised without counter claim & the award being drafted with a date due by 1st qtr.

The finding I believe will be positive, so it is only Brians ann update (Mention of partial award for the first time recently in an update) & body language that show the strains of time taken & he readily admits the overall toll it has taken.

The technical claim & ergo figures were not challenged in the end by the DR & where there previously had been disputes raised these were all dismissed by rulings in favor of Antilles..

It should hold, you are correct..

    Time will tell.. h8tey
