My understanding is that 0.9 quarters is based on the previous expenditure rate, and why the comment is made.
If they cut their expenditure in half, then it moves to 1.8 quarters. etc.
That projected calculation uses the previous Qs expenses. It does not take into account what they could alter their activities in the current Q. (assume the Q4 drilling has been paid for)
They could, for instance, put their feet on the desk, and do nothing. How many Qs then ?
