The US500, Dow and NASDAQ look on the verge of rolling over, what will a broader market pull back do to something like 1MC? Markets have been smashing it these last few months while 1MC has remained in its downtrend, 5 to 8% market pullback might see a 50% drop for 1MC.
It cant be easy trying to raise money for this noting it is really just a shell company. With SYA the focus for management they might just raise enough to pay back their note and then wind it up.
If I was a betting man I would say 1MC will cease to exist within the next 6 months.
