IMO this inaugural sale was constructed as purely a face saving exercise for Bangur after his 7-10 day claim for barges at AGM.
SGE obviously have no interest in taking possession of their 23kT .( they probably have no ship ready to take it, and/or they have easier/closer supplies)
the figures presented by Coeus 12345 if true are probably an accurate belle weather for this management’s attitude to accountability going forward.
