Hard to know honestly!! You read TMT's most recent quarterly and it talks about progressing the EPA approval for onsite processing, then AVL's talks up progress being made on their approvals in December towards the offsite processing..
I am just figuring this is an extention of and also the final nail in the coffin of both companies (post merger announcement) still pretending their plan is the only plan in town and each has been working towards it's individual goal for it's shareholders even up until today..
So whether i'm correct or not, I am taking it all with a grain of salt until I guess Tuesday when TMT is finally 'trading' under AVL, and they can officially start getting real with us about what the 'merged' plan actually is..
It's like no one has wanted to say anything 'wrong' or contradictory, so instead we got this tow the company line, nothing's changed narrative, when things damn well should change if they want to actually maximize this merger for the 1+1 = 3, otherwise what was the point of it?
So i'm just ignoring these latest updates until we start getting a 'merged' message..
Those staff + corp/admin costs for last 6 months though, oof, hope that spend total mainly came down to merger costs, and it won't be the standard for 2024.
