I feel like the easiest way to respond is by using the old adage, a picture tells a thousand words.

Remind yourself what Maniry has looked like for years and compare that to what EVION is proposing to do there.... see below (Maniry location shots c/- EVG, Plant photos c/- NEXTSOURCE, Plant graphic c/- EVG)

Whilst it seems very positive (ie progress, jobs, infrastructure, economic advancement,etc) from where we sit, we are merely one form of stakeholder (the shareholders of the company). A lot of other stakeholders must also be kept happy in the short, medium AND long term.

In a global sense, it's "small beer".... but for Maniry in southern Madagascar, it's a BIG deal.

These upcoming meetings are the ones that we are aware of. Trust me, there has been and will be MANY meetings required in order to make this all happen.
