if I was the customer negotiating the offtake I would be reviewing the public financials of my potential supplier and taking my sweet time, in the name of due diligence, to make the most of the negotiation leverage. Might even think about trading the SP lower in the lead up to increase that leverage by reducing the ability of said supplier to tap up their shareholders or new ones. But that’s not happening here of course….
