Not too sure if you can take anyones advice. Everyone might have their own opinion. Doesn't mean they will be right.
But if you do want to know someone's background there is a way of asking.

At the end of the day what really matters is largely what the graphite price does and what the perceived demand will be. If those that are considering putting up funding are convinced that Graphite is going to be in such huge demand with a rising price, they will be more inclined to stump up the money to assist Volt in becoming a graphite producer in Tanzania. It all comes down to the economics.

The problem with that is, it would appear that no one knows what the Graphite price will fetch. Those that thought it would be going higher have obviously mistimed their calculations thus far. Not to say it can't have a nice spike during this year. But who really knows.

Common sense would suggest the graphite price should go higher if the world continues on it's quest to embrace the electric vehicle revolution.
The money that the US Govt is currently splurging on grants in this sector would suggest that they are serious about change. But once again, that's me looking at things from a logical view point..

Volt shareholders certainly need to see evidence of this. Nothing excites the market more than a rising commodity price.
