Wouldn't the special dividend of .08c/share be this liquidity event?
given it's been voted through and just waiting on ATO call on tax free, I'd say they'd have already determined his job done and they'll pay the bonus.
remember, their interests are not actually of the shareholder it's themselves, they know this company is not going to exist eventually, they'll be looking for new jobs, so they're going to bleed as much as they can before this occurs.
Wouldn't the special dividend of .08c/share be this liquidity...
