Yeah, I get it, this is not an MOU for Judith, but (IMO) there stuff happening behind the scenes.

But with gas prices at the moment, potential suitors are not tripping over themselves to get a deal with EMP.

IMO We'll just have to wait a bit for the extension to be granted, and the gas prices to pick up again. But IMO, Judith will be drilled.

With the 'interested parties' EMP can hardly announce

"we're in discussions with three different companies; X Y and Z"...

for commercial and negotiating reasons obviously, so we won't hear anything until a deal is done (and yes, that may be some time away), until then we can only speculate.
