Timeline for them to get funded and rig availability to drill a well is extremely tight and a very big ask with the scheduling at the moment with beach/cooper/conoco-3d.
What percentage would they be left with in a joint venture beggars can't be choosers .
And i am not a fan of the author of the geologist historical reports....
