A 1k tpa SSP/demo plant will probably be completed in about 2 years. A small CoE plant (output tbd but guessing between 100kg - 100 tonnes) could be live by the end of this year. An update on this plant/center is expected this quarter.
Still a long time to wait which is reflected in the SP. Once funding is clarified a recovery of some sort should happen assuming funding is actually secured.
