It really is sad as a holder when people ask if they should invest into AVM and my reply as a shareholder is to tell them: NO, unless you want to be taken for a ride.

The newly formed company will bring "north American" investors at the project level... meaning we will be diluted at the project level every time these guys make a deal.

Nice to know not only do we burn cash paying directors at AVM and also possibly pay them at the "restructured" company. The board was also over the moon that someone said yes to free money... Wow, congrats!!

What's even worse is read how management proclaim the similarities with another company... Which somehow succeeded...
Management now giving every single red flag you could possibly imagine on a wholesale clients DD process.

Great work management, keep this up so all current SH can claim a magnitude of losses hopefully unseen in ASX history. Let's make history one way or another!

What about the board support the company on market to about a $10-12mil market cap and then raise ~2-3mil for a proper drill campaign. Guess that goes against the agenda...
