Unfortunately, a few unfavourable headwinds impacting PNNs stock price lately. Li market pushed down, high cash burn and staff/administrative costs eating into company cash reserves.
Mena's generous loan appears to be a lifeline to buy some time until receipt of (a) additional USD $1M for second tranche funds for development of Incahuasi project; (b) additional $1.5M less costs for Sale of Santa Ines Copper Gold Project; and unfortunately (c) future capital placements.
Hopefully retail investors can be invited to the table to participate in future rounds of capital placements if issued below market price to avoid dilution.
