Something I’ve been wondering - Why are they still in suspension if:
a) the reason for the initial trading halt was to complete the IM3NY credit facility; but
b) they are now saying IM3NY isn’t material to Magnis…?
they suggested in the last shareholder update that the lapsed contracts of U$147m were not material because Inc is no longer a subsidiary. So presumably they’d say the same of the credit facility..
so it follows if the IM3NY credit facility would no longer be material to magnis why not just lift suspension and let it rip…?
