nachuuu is not allowed to be a mine without the framework agreement. for more than 6 months the tansmananaian govt has been waiting on magnis to complete the finance part of the "framework agreement"

is traxys "binding whatever" dead?
is tesla "binding whatever" dead?

without any anticipated revenue numbers from "binding" agreements with traxys or from tesla or similar then it must be really really difficult to fill in finance figures given Magnis has $500K in the bank or something and $5M odd due in loan payments very shortly..... and a capex of US$400M or something required to finish tiling the toilet block at nachuuuu so digging may start.

no mention of the new ASIC investigation either........ oh dear.

maybe a backdoor list for strong solutions..... it seems to be a pretty good business with heaps of customer revenue.... maybe the magnis management team should contact the management team at strong solutions for some business tips.....
