IMO... Still can make them accountable through bankruptcy court and they would not be able to hold directorships for some time nor would anyone ever want them on a board. I see you hold no stock, so understandably you have not been affected and may not appreciate how we feel. I would think most share holders here would agree that it would still be worth doing so that their names are publicly rubbished and for them not to ever hold such positions again.
