    they are trying to get Locke to stump up around $30m AUD - there isn't much interest here to buy stock now currently for sale at 35c ( off market ) - the pricing of the Acuity deal would be a fraction of the last traded price if it starts trading again before delisting.

    Chances of having a mining licence issued prior to the delisting date is almost zero in my opinion.
