It would take a strong degree of confidence to make any substantial purcharse right now, IMO. 15c could be a great deal should things eventually reach a positive outcome, with a substantial profit highly likely in that scenario, however obviously that's very much up in the air at the moment. I certainly wouldnt have the inclination to purchase any more shares at present, though should the DRC provide any indication that it intends to honor ICSID and ICC rulings then that might push it over the risk/reward line as worth the punt. For now we havent seen any such signs.
