Not really an issue.
If Locke doesn't issue the capital required to keep operations and lawyers going then AVZ will end its voluntary suspension and start issuing shares via the Acuity agreement at whatever price AVZ shares are trading at after end of suspension. Raising a few million should not really be an issue even after current 2.75 billion dollar market cap goes down.
