funding approval ie someone will commit to paying for the project to get moving.. price will rocket.. then they will work out how long it will take to make the road, build train line whatever they choose, plus how long it will take to build the mine and whatever else is evolved.. price will take a hit maybe 50% of the initial gains.. then slowly grind up there as milestones get hit ie road actually built, plant designs approved etc.. but when it actually produces from time of approval of funding and plans to first shipment make take another few years but once producing and making $$ SP should be moving toward 2-3+ IMO

Though really need to weigh in commodity price at time, SOI, how many customers and how big the orders are etc
