I was critical of management when Cosmos listed and of course not everyone liked it (probably no one) but I knew back then that these guys are terrible.
Jeremy imo has no real skin in the game, no financial risk which means he’s not giving everything to Cosmos, not only this but like with most directors he’s on several boards, so he’s busy, but not 100% busy with Cosmos and its performance or shareholders. He tanked REE (which is where Cosmos came from) before he left leaving the new CEO with a massive cleaning up job.
Your best bet if long term holding and believing in the the assets available is to find competent management, voting Jeremy would be step one.
