The chances of the LFP plant would be low if DSO does not proceed, as they need the cash from DSO for LFP plant. Not, as you might suggest, due to incompetent management. The DSO is entirely dependent on economics from the perspective of the purchaser, who must decide if the purchase price of the product allows them to make a reasonable return further downstream.
