Just reading through the details right now.
Here are my spark notes:
Cash Position:
1. It appears that EMH is sitting on about $6.7M cash which is not bad at all, especially considering its maturity as a project and the fact that its MC is $33M.
2. CR/Equity issue - EMH's SHs are safe from dilution for the next 6-12 months, unless there are some strategic raises for construction and/or expeditisation of the long-lead equipment purchases etc.
DFS:
1. Unit price is somewhat revealed (perhaps?):2. DFS Release timing Q12024:
