From their presso's the 2bcf is the minimum resource quantified retrievable from the gas cap.
10yrs @ 0.2BCF per year production. They talk like that's in the bag.
Low capex to drill, and then lease the separation and liquification plant from earnings.
And the appropriate rig required to drill down 85m should be available within Africa nearby if not within Tanz itself surely.
There be Lots goin on in them thar lands with them drill thingamagiggies I hear.

So at a minimum, production from the 2BCFof free gas should kick off mid year with the shallow drill.

Also, will the gas cap be perpetual due to Henry's law, as the pressure in the free gas cap is decreased due to extraction, will the dissolved gases keep filling it back up? What does that flow rate look like?
