Its not ideal but not a disaster either...ratification and MIIF full funds being confirmed will be a big tick in the box...offtake agreement also will be another major boost...Piedmont need to get their house in order but Assore clearly know tje score and are positioned increasingly well for them and for uneasy shareholders (they may buy all of Piedmonts remaining shares when they are permitted) ..say you make 50% on your money as a worst case, not bad IMO...hold your nerve time for me...
