The AJQ situation is a prime example of why I have been banging on ad nauseum about the complete lack of independence on the DGR board. There is no legitimate scrutiny or questioning of decisions, and now evidently no accountability when those decisions don't work out so great for shareholders. They are all just stooges and connections, yes men who tick off decisions and collect their directors fees.
