Nick was willing to put up his properties worth a significant sum as part of the DOCA to secure the AJQ assets maybe him and the other useless yes man directors should pay back shareholders from their personal accounts who have suffered losses as a result of their collective negligence in pissing 25 million of DGR shareholder money away into AJQ without even securing the loans and allowing the assets to ultimately be lost with little prospect of a return.

It is so stupid when you think about it they were willing to throw the kitchen sink at it after it went into administration but if they just had of paid the relatively small amount of 3 mill or whatever it was when the note payment was due they would still be in control of AJQ.
