must be the wages/contract payments being paid to that "newly" formed services company that employs certain staff - thus keeping certain payments vague - and not even sure if management fees/% uplift is invoiced to SBR and the others for those services.
the three/four stable of companies all contribute to that services entity so they split the "cost". but if they all contribute equally then WTF how much are these guys really being paid?.
