How could it not? Talga is so confident that its started work on its Plant (see Quarterly pics). Do not need to tell MT anything because he obviously already believes it..
That is what makes it great buying. Its in the National and EU interests for this to go through. If it does not its back to the Dark Ages for Sweden. Judges and Sweden are smarter than that.
Talga made every concession possible including only mining for 6 months a year. The appeal was just delaying tactics with no real chance of success.
It will go through likely this month.
Perhaps you can let us know your reasons why you believe the appeal will succeed. Why would you bother holding if you believe it will succeed?
