Whilst I agree with all that you have said save for:
Based on precedents, yes, we should have a final determination.

- This being the third and final stage - unfortunately you simply don't know that. The legal process and ability to appeal decisions is simply not known.
But based on precedents (and your prior posts) this should have happened by now.
Irrespective of what I and you agree on, what is important is what the market agrees on - it is telling us something is not right.
Generally, the market is all knowing and where there is smoke there is usually a fire.
I'm holding watchfully, but my expectation is this is headed down the drain. Sad to see as idea was right, timing and wokies were against us
