Slim Stef has really stuffed up a good resource with real potential.
It sounds like the LHe is ready to flow, but we have been at this point many times before.
Two quarters of Lhe production are necessary to restore Slim Stef's reputation and any confidence in RLT. I doubt Nasdaq and other developments will proceed until this happens.
