Surely that would be scrutinised by the ASX and thoroughly investigated by ASIC. This in effect seems to be an accusation of criminality by management. That's a very serious allegation in my view and I would hope that such an accusation is swiftly proven to be unfounded by the regulators.
Has anybody run this allegation by management yet? I have to believe that they are too ethical to be involved in such shenanigans, but speculation is meaningless, let the regulators regulate.
