Gladiator and Magnis have exactly the same corporate head office addresses in Sydney and Tanzania. How can you say ‘this is a very different company’ - you should cross check the top 20 shareholders of both companies. Gladiator doesn’t show their top 20 on company website or the executives that make board decisions, very unusual for a public company - don’t you think Greg?
