There's just no need for him to be there other than collect directors fees and pamper his ego Has MNS complied with the Corporations Law? Clearly ASIC doesn't think so Will it effect GLA? No. In 2008 or 2009 ADY vended the tenements of Salar de Rincon into a private company in the Caribbean without shareholder approval. I couldn't believe it was legal. Just because something is unfair doesn't mean it is illegal for which there is remedy. Either way, between the floods and the proceedings at MNS there isn't much love for GLA atm It's probably in the shareholders best interests (including major ones) that the board is refreshed.
