It's that predictable when the coffers are so low and salaries so high. Might have been hoping for EPA approval before the car ran out of gas.
That said previously the financial control tho BOD of limiting cash burn and dilution was something to be commended. The last few years not so much. That and a lack of transparency and ownership has left the SP capitulated
