I've not posted here before but have been reading all the comments. If everyone is so disillusioned by the performance of the BoD, is there anyway we as a group can directly influence the situation. I am not knowledgeable about these things but surely someone on here has some experience and/or knowledge. There must be a way to effectively initiate shareholder action.
