Anyone here with half a brain recognises that the BoD aren't able to make the EPA process happen any faster than it currently is, and that patience is obviously required.
Is Bruce faultless? Absolutely not. But according to half the posters on here, he is the anti-christ and is responsible for everything that has gone wrong in their lives.
