For me - the comms from Bruce have been a shamble and that is where blame lies. He is being paid a very pretty penny to effectively sit around and play nintendo. He has consultants doing the heavy lifting. So if anything - I want him rick rolled because he has caused an unnecessary dilution of shareholder value due to mismanagement of monies during lean times. I would have preferred for him to take a pay cut in lieu of LTI to keep us liquid, avoid asset purchases and minimise this damage. Instead we have a shed full of second machinery and a magic bucket for trialing stuff.
