It looks as though there are a few more incentive schemes that apply to explorers in Canada and Quebec. Hopefully WR1 are onto these if they eligible.

If someone told me i can get a rebate for buying say, ABC, i would not have thought it was tied to a GST thing. Its more like an incentive thing i would have thought. I would have assumed it is based on the principal component.

Rebate, has special meaning in tax lingo.
Clarification required.
