NTEC doesn't have much experience with BLM, and they are as bogged down in Montana (Spring Creek) as AZL is at Big Sandy. "NTEC has submitted additional federal coal leasing amendments and modifications, however, dueto current litigation and court ordered lawsuit, Western Organization of Resource Councils, et al. v.BLM; CV 00076-GF-BMM; 8/3/2022, those applications have been put on hold."
