"NTEC has submitted additional federal coal leasing amendments and modifications, however, dueto current litigation and court ordered lawsuit, Western Organization of Resource Councils, et al. v.BLM; CV 00076-GF-BMM; 8/3/2022, those applications have been put on hold."
