This fact alone would definitely take 3 months until jobs are advertised and the contracts are signed. The system has to be started up in parts, and nobody knows to what extent the expansion of the system (DMS) will then influence / disrupt the operation of the system and even have to be shut down again for safety reasons. For me personally, things are currently too vague, which is why I prefer a thorough expansion of the facility and the expansion of stage 2 in peace.
