A thought:
If the invalidity of Mr. Mahusay's claim is supported by RV's proposition that he, as a lawyer, did deliberately not sign the paperwork properly (such to negate or compromise the arrangement) might it cast doubt as to the integrity of the arrangements by which he (and his associates) received those shareholdings in the first instance?
