Thanks TL. You have some 'enlightening' documentation! Seems somewhat remis of GM and PRW seemingly not to have established a 'lasting' power of attorney. (Hope they had also assigned their rights over to Medusa / X64!) The second page (567) mentions copies of two emails and comments "the reasons given are self-explanitory". Are they included in the bundle and do they shed any light?

Still caused to wonder what was the situation prior to 8th Apr. '22. Anything on that?

Going forward, can ST (presumably DAB's appointee) get a grip on this... You seemed dubious about his appointment earlier on, TL, if I recall correctly?
