So I don’t anticipate any problems, just need to be a-bit more patience with this mob and make sure they deliver what they have promised.

They haven't promised anything and are not a "Mob" anymore than any management team are a "Mob", they are just going about the job of trying of getting the Company through a ramp up during very low prices, which is a text book example of a perfect storm.
Another "Mob" might do things differently but not necessarily better and patience is a requirement in any investment. Referring to management as a "Mob" is what you would expect from a "Mob" , group behavior, mind you there are are several Sheep on this forum.

Aside from that I largely agree with your assessment , its still touch and go and very reliant on the direction Spod takes.
