Although the 15,699t exceeds the requirement for a refinery, the refinery needs 6% not 5.4%.
Nameplate leading up to a refinery at 5.5% is 18,800t per month, so we are well on the way and that rate has been exceeded on a daily basis several times...the back end of the plant can already cope its just feeding the beast consistently that in the process of being addressed.
